I started working at Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland on October 1, 2020 as a fitter. From the beginning, I was motivated to learn and I was eager to explore new areas. My commitment, diligence, and discipline resulted in a fast track promotion to the position of Quality Controller and an upgrade to my responsibilities. Currently, I use a computer to carry out my tasks. I mainly use MS Excel, and have additionally trained in PLA, CAT and QDA. I am glad that this is how my professional career has panned out so far. I started my career at MBMPL on June 1, 2019 as a Production Line Fitter. After a year of work, I felt that I had enough knowledge to participate in the internal recruitment process for the Foreman position. In the meantime, I was expanding my skills in the field of Lean Management, the concept of continuous improvement and skilful team management. Currently, I coordinate the work of 8 operators and have formed a harmonious team. Automotive work is one of my interests, and working with engines is a pleasure for me.
I started working at MBMPL on March 1, 2019. I deal with OM654 engines. The development of production and the plans to introduce a 2-shift system of work opened up new possibilities. After a year of working in the factory, I took part in the internal recruitment process for the position of foreman. My relatives supported me very much in this decision. I have been promoted and continue to work in this area, and my duties consist of taking care of the quality of the manufactured product, maintain the movement of the production line and manage a 10-person team. Working at MBMPL taught me to make decisions under pressure and to be flexible. The production process can be non-standard, and looking for unconventional solutions gives me satisfaction. I value contact with colleagues the most, so the biggest challenge for me is to maintain a high level of communication and a good atmosphere in my area.
I started my career in the factory in Jawor on June 1, 2019 as a Measurement Foreman. As the first woman in MBMPL, I was able to participate in the development process, which I completed with a final exam to become Master. Privately, I am a mother of two children. They give me motivation and strength in striving for further development. The organization of my work, gaining new experience, professional training combined with the organization of home classes and learning for my children is an excellent management practice for me. I am currently working as a Production Master in the Measurement Laboratory in the Processing Department. I coordinate the work of the team, take measurements and deliver results for three machining modules. I am glad that I can develop and motivate others to achieve common goals and good results.

I completed my studies in management and the profile of human resource management helped me better find myself in the HR department. During the phase of building the factory with the team in Jawor, I could not complain about a lack of tasks. My commitment, consistency and openness to new challenges were appreciated after a few months – I was hired as a Junior Specialist in the HR Department. A friendly atmosphere in the HR Department, cordiality with colleagues, a series of trainings and appropriate work tools were conducive to my development. Since July 1, 2021 I have been working in the Communication and PR Department at MBMPL. I value constant contact with people on a daily basis, and my overriding value is caring for each employee. Why did I choose to work at Mercedes? I knew that the more difficult it was, the greater the development that lay ahead. I started working as a Recruitment Specialist. My task at a glance – Recruit everyone! There was no website, no recruitment system … just the idea of a greenfield project – there isn’t anything, you have to create it. There were many tasks waiting for me from the beginning. I went to the plant in Kecskemét and a recruitment system was created. The sister company in Warsaw organized a website; we bought an advertisement package from one of the recruitment websites / portals. We were on the right path. Approximately 300 people apply for each advertisement. A powerful response. We selected the best candidates who had sufficient skills to work in a dynamic and newly emerging environment. A wave of recruiting successes, everything was going according to plan. It was a lot of work, but also gave great satisfaction. The company grows stronger. There are other projects, not only recruitment, which provide an opportunity to demonstrate other abilities and competences. I was promoted to Senior Specialist. It’s nice to be appreciated. Soon I will be nominated to the development program for a managerial role. Like every person aspiring to a managerial position at MBMPL, I underwent a training cycle that ended with an all-day competency assessment. I successfully passed this difficult stage. I was promoted to the position of Recruitment Manager and HR Business Partner. There comes a time of testing managerial skills not only in theory but also in practice. Currently, I am managing a team of 4. All achieved in just 4 years. One thing is for sure: my development at Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland has skyrocketed, like Mercedes electric car sales.
I graduated from a technical school in electrical engineering. I have been working at MBMPL since September 2020 as a Battery Fitter on the PB300 line. At the beginning of February 2021 I joined the team of Battery Technicians. My duties include the dismantling and analysis of the batteries that come through our department. It is an interesting and challenging job that gives me great satisfaction. The friendly atmosphere in the Battery Department makes me very happy. I am glad that the factory enables me to improve my qualifications and gain new experiences. This motivates me to further develop and work towards my fullest abilities.
