Last year, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland established a long-term cooperation with Collegium Witelona in Legnica! As a result, on March 22nd, the first "Business Meeting" took place. This event aimed to introduce students of the university and students of the Technical and Academic High School to the MBMPL business profile. During the meeting, our specialists and engineers presented their areas, allowing young people to better understand the diversity of tasks and challenges associated with working in the automotive industry. Students could learn more about the organizational culture, experience a day in the life of a production engineer, familiarize themselves with the logistics process, hear about data processing in our corporation, and gain valuable insights into the transformation facing the factory in Jawor. Additionally, students could learn about the recruitment process at MBMPL and familiarize themselves with internship and trainee programs. The partnership with Collegium Witelona opens up new opportunities for young people who want to gain their first practical professional experience and better understand the working environment in the automotive industry. At the meeting, MBMPL was represented by: Natalia Pastuch-Zagórska, Dorota Styrna, Patryk Ramut, Martyna Miętkiewicz, Nikola Batek, Aleksandra Malinowska, Marta Kunecka-Schäfer, Jagoda Żołnierczyk.
Thank you for an inspiring meeting!
